252 - Solo Jazz Violin with 'Just Friends' jazz combo at The Five Bells. The Six O'Clock news tells of Pte Martin Bell, 24, from Bradford who was serving with the 2nd Battalion the Parachute Regiment when he died in Helmand province. £70 raised for 'Help for Heroes', £640 so far this year. Wonderful jazz, and the lady who sang in the style of 'Bessie Smith' was awesome!

167 - Musicians of the Thames Gateway - Two concert performances with featured soloists Joe Browne (Saxophone) and Neil Mitchell (French Horn). In association with The Rotary Club of the North Downs raised £1,001 for the Demelza Hospice.
